Horn Production Line

This multiproduct production line enables integrated production of horns from coil winding and body assembly to final inspection. Poka-yoke (mistake-proofing) is adopted to improve the quality and reliability.

Buzzer Production Line

Various processing methods including precision adhesive coating, laser soldering, 3D visual inspection, laser welding, airtightness inspection and sound level inspection are applied.

Hose Inspection System

This system visually detects scratches and dirt on the hose at a speed of 1m/s.
By taking the image from three directions, visual inspection of the full circumference of the hose can be completed at the same time.

Hose Winding Machine

This machine winds the hose being produced continuously while measuring its length, cut the hose to a specified length and check the weight after placing it in the box.
