Eco-friendly Manufacturing

We understand the risks and benefits of chemicals and strictly control them.
The automotive industry has been taking the initiative to minimize the environmental and health impact of producing and using chemicals, in compliance with international regulations.

Global warming is one of the biggest concerns the world is facing today. We focus on reducing CO2 emissions and have introduced LED lighting, high-efficient air conditioners and energy-saving equipment. Employees encourage each other to reduce waste and conserve energy on a daily basis.

All employees participate in 5S (Seiri (sorting), Seiton (organizing), Seiso (cleaning), Seiketsu (sanitizing), Shitsuke (sustaining)) and improvement activities including power and energy conservation, reduction of combustible and industrial waste and workplace inspection to maintain and improve 5S.
Our power conservation efforts were evaluated and Miyamoto was registered as Niigata eco-friendly firm "新潟県エコ事業所" in 2022.

Workplace for Everyone

image

We evaluate each employee, regardless of gender, based on their talent and performance and provide equal opportunities of promotion and pay raise.
Also, employees with young children can choose short working hours.

Vietnamese technical intern trainees have been working with us since 2018, which helps to create a work culture that respects diversity. They live in the house rented and managed by the company and enjoy events in and outside of the company.

Health Support for Employees

image

Mental and physical health is essential for good performance at work.
In order to promote employees' health, we conduct mental and health checkups every year and subsidize the expense for secondary examination when required.
We also regularly encourage employees to take paid leave and control overtime hours for a healthy work-life balance.

Commitment to Environment, Quality & Safety
