Design evaluation to ensure reliability
Automotive parts are required to be highly durable for use in harsh environments and to conform with regulations of where the vehicle equipped with such parts is destined.
We have established an evaluation system utilizing endurance test facilities, measuring instruments and an anechoic chamber which can meet the latest regulations and operational environments of each country.
Production Engineering
Miyamoto's production facilities developed in-house provide competitive proposals

By developing facilities suitable for us through designing, processing, assembling and controlling facilities with good use of past problems, process FMEA, CAD/CAM and others, we can meet customer expectations for cost and quality.
We also internally design, produce and maintain plastic molding molds and develop inspection machines to prevent the outflow of defective products, so that we can immediately respond to issues at the work site.
